AA’ard and Son, of AYelliugton, of £2743, lias been accepted for the erection of the monument. Tire iinsuccesful tenderers were : W . J . Helyer (Wollngton) £2868. Michael Frain (AA’ellington) £3615. J. Bouskill (Auckland) £3910. -J. and A. AAilson (AYelliugton) £3996,
