The libel (action, Earle (editor of the "nonunion”) versus tttie New Zealand Times Company is to be settled out 0 f -Court. -The “Times” yvill publish an announcement regarding the charges ,it made. -It is also understood that the “Times” will also shortly make an announcement -regarding a statement in its columns about news being sent from a political source to London by a well-knoyvn news agency. . ■ * .
