"Whilst on his way to visit his into, who is an inmate or the District Hospital, a .laborer named James Martin, of Chelsea, was seized with an epileptic lit. He fell on the roadway, and his left arm rested'on tho tramlino. A tram coming along at that moment passed over the arm, crushing it severely, the motovmnir having failed in his efforts to bring it to a standstill before tho injury was done. The unfortunate man. is reported to bo in a- serious condition.
