The Magistrate said hotelkeepers surely .had sufficient intelligence to know that it was illegal to sign other peoples names. IlLotelkeepers ought to oe specially careful in such circumstances, as ail offence of this nature by them gave people cause to say it was done with a special purpose. If much ot it was done during the next few months the -rolls would certainly suffer.
