Prussia is not represented >1 the Committee, as the direction if foreign affairs is in the hands of 110 Kaiser as King of Prussia. The “Cologne Gazette,” in an in•pi red -Berlin telegram, justifies the Kajser’s Doberitz speech, and states : fe is not a menace to peace, but a yarning to reason in times when rtist!:ng and whispering are going on in he world.
