A brilliant .garden party took place at Windsor. Tlio King and Queen, Prince and Princess of Wales and children, Ambassadors, Ministers, and 8000 others attended. Bishop Kennioii remarked that ono reason why conversions of the natives of North Australia were not more successful was because their language was in a constant state of fluxion. Converts were only able to instructtheir own tribe.
