A bo-mb secreted in a bale of cork >n the Hamburg-American liner Arcadia exploded on the Delaware river, Philadelphia, killing four, mortally injuring four, and rendering forty senseless. Disaffected longshoremen, arc suspected. Tho liner listed and sank on the mud.
