He offered to postpone, f>r live years instead of eighteen months, tho enforcement of the eight hours <ivy from bank to bank. Mr. Mason moved tho rejection ot the Bill. , , M Mr. Lyttelton contended there wag no unanimity among miners in favor of the Bill. ‘ .. The Labor -members energetically supported the measure. The debate was not concluded.
