Reuter’s Ottawa correspondent states that a Bill introduced into the Dominion House offers to settlers 28.800,000 acres between GovSjaw and Curieary at 3 dollars an acre, devoting the'proceeds to the creation of a fund for the construction of a railway to Hudson Ray.
