CASE AGAINST CABMAN. DAMAGES AWARDED. [Press Association.] NAPIER, June 25. At the Supreme Court to-day, before Air. Justice Cooper, Elizabeth Gibbs sued Jas. Q’Halloran for £251 2s, ns damages for injuries received through defendant’s negligent driving of a cab. Plaintiff ~ avliile riding her •bicycle in Tennyson- street, Napier, was knocked down by defendant’s cab. She was injured, and her bicycle was damaged. The jury returned a Verdict, for plaintiff for £BO general damages, and £37 2s special damages, ■and judgment was entered up accordingly for £ll7 2s, with costs-
