Mr. F. AY r . Fordyce, late of the IcTCTrHjraneh of Messrs Sargood, Son, and Ewen, left for Auckland on Saturday morning t 0 commence travelling for the firm in the Auckland province. Miss Ivit Turner, a Christchurch artist, is now on a. visit to Gisborne. She is looking for likely scenery to paint for the next Canterbury ‘ Exhibition.
Mr. A. Sutton-Turner, accountant at the Burnham Industrial School, arrived in Gisborne by the s.s. AVimmera on Saturday for a short holiday. ,
