S- Feilding, in the Dominion House of Commons, referring to the French Senate a delay m approv ing the Franco-Canadian commercial treaty, admitted that . tlie I' rencli Government was doing its utmost to eccuro approval, but hinted that nonapproval would probably render the denunciation of the treaty or unavoidable. ______
