Kerr, claim £4 16s costs ss; George G. Shierlaw v. Cecil Brown, claim £ll 10s 9d with costs £1 10s 6d; A. H. Gillman (Mr Hei) v. Maelie £2 15s 6d .and cost 6 19s; same v. ITenio Huatalii, claim £l6 10s costs £2 3s 6d; same v. Renata Pakarehi, claim £7 10s 5d and costs £1 11s Od. A number of other cases were either adjourned or struck out. In the judgment summons ease of W. A. O’Meira v. Geo. l’evrcnl, after tho evidence of the defendant had been taken, His Worship said that he was unable to make an order, and the summons would have to be dismissed.
