The Colonial Consignment and Distributing Company cable the following report on frozen meat: To-day’s quotations were—Napier, "Wellington, and North Island mutton 3Jd; lamb, first quality, sjjd, second quality sjd. The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Ltd., in conjunction with Mr. AV. Lissant Clayton, held a successful sale of dairy cattle and farm implements on behalf of Mr. C. E. Hindrup, at "Patutahi, yesterday. Mr. J. W. Bright auctioneered, and fair prices were realised for both stock and plant, hut the farm property was pissed ill.
