LONDON, August 21. Mr. Lloyd-George lias arrived in Berlin. Ilis secretary asserts that •he has no political mission, and that no proposals are to be made, but the visit is not without political significance.
Mr. Asquith and Sir Edward Grey have had prolonged interviews with Sir C. Hardinge since Sir C. Hardingo’s return. MR. LLOYD-CEORGE’S VISIT. United Press Association. Mr. Lloyd-Georgo informed a “Mail” reporter that he will be in Berlin exclusively on pension business.
