The a.s. Kcreru arrived in tbo Bay on Friday night, and having come alongside the wharf discharging operations were commenced on Saturday morning. She had a fine-passage and brought 600 • pipes and 45,000 bricks for Mr. Goo. Smith. Messrs Richardson and Coda Fanny arrived from Napier via Maliia on Saturday morning with a general cargo. She sailed for Napier again in the evening. The Huddart-Parker Co.’s Victoria arrived from South on Saturday evening, and continued her voyage to Auckland and Sydney later. The U.iS.S. Co.’s Squall arrived from Tologa Bay and Auckland on Saturday, afternoon with general cargo for this port. She returns to Auckland to-day. The U.S.S. Co.’s AVaikare arrived from Auckland yesterday afternoon, bringing a large -number of passengers for this port. She sailed South later in the evening. The auxiliary schooner Kaeo is timed to sail to-morrow for Coast ports and Auckland. The barquentine Mary Isabel was completing ballasting operations on Saturday, and will probably nail today or to-morrow for AVhangape, to load timber for Sydney. The ketch Coronation is expected early from AVhitianga with a cargo of timber.
Both the scow Zingara and the schooner Awanui are due early. The ■former is bringing a cargo of timber for the Alpha Sawmills, and the latter has a general cargo. BY TELEGRAPH. EAST CAPE, August 23.
