Luard, of Iglithnm Knoll, Sevenoaks, was shot dead with a revolver nml robbed of three rings, her finger being badly cut. . , , Tile deed occurred on the balcony of a summerhouse in the lonely woods attached to Eranktield, the residence of Horace Wilkinson, at Sea (chart, Sevenoaks, shortly after her liushand had left her at a wickot gate loading to the woods on his way to Goddengreen golf house to fetch some clubs. Their intention was to spend some days from home. There is no clue to the murderer.
