COOK COUNTY COUNCIL. NOTICE is hereby given that this Council did resolve, on Friday, 21st August, 1908: “That all heavy traffic on Tyndall, Huxley, and Wainui Roads shall cease as from this date, and until the 15th October, 1908.” Heavy Traffic means: “T’lio transportation of any vehicle, engine, or machine which, itself or together with anything being transported thereon, weighs more than one and a half tons avoirdupois, to each pair of wheels.” This provision is made in addition to the wheel tyres by-law in force. IX., Whangara Survey District; Subdivision 1 of 22, Part I of 1, P2 H 2,2 C, 2 13, 2D,2 A, 2 E, Pouawa, 2702 acres; and that such Special Rate shall ho an annual recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the first day of July in each and every year during a period oc(ual to the currency of such loan, being a period of forty-one years or until the loan is fully paid off; the rate of interest to he per cent.
