The barquentino Mary Isabol, looking very trim with her now coat of paint, sailed yesterday afternoon for Whangapo, to load timber for Sydney. The U.S.S. Co.’s Monowai arrives from Napier this morning, and sails later in tho forenoon for Auckland. Outward passengers leave tho wharf at 9 a.m. (meantime). The Huddart-l’arker Co.’s Wiinmera is duo from Auckland this afternoon, and continues her trip south in tho evening. Present arrangements are that tho Tuatoa leaves the wharf at 5 p.m. (meantime). The auxiliary schooner Ktioo completed loading yesterday, and was duo to sail for Coast ports and Auckland at 3 a.m. this morning. Tho U.S.S. Co.’s Wanaka is duo to arrive this morning from South on hor way to Auckland, laden with produes. The U.S.S. Co.’s Ilatipiri loft Auckland yesterday for Coast ports Gisborne, and Napier. Discharging from the a.s. Kcreru is completed, and it is expected that she will sail shortly for Whangaroa to load timber. '• The New Zealand (Shipping Company’s R.M.S. l’apanui arrived at Plymouth on Sunday. An addition is to bo made to the excellent fleet of steamers of tho Now Zealand Shipping Company. Mr. G. B. Bullock, Dunedin manager, has received a cable messago from tho London office, advising that arrangements have been mado with Messrs Denny Bros, to build a new twin,screw passenger steamer, 480 ft by 60ft by 35ft, to the order of his company. Her speed will be 13 knots when fully loaded, and she will have 'accommodation for 56 first-class passengers. 75 second-class passengers, but the thirdclass accommodation can bo extended t 0 hold 400 if required.
