AUCKLAND, August 27. _ At a meeting of the Employers Association held on Wednesday hist, the aggrossivd attitude of some of the labor organisations against Mr. Justice Sim, the President of the Court of Arbitration, win discussed, and the following resolution *as unanimously adopted—“ That tlio action of various labor organisations m the Dominion in appealing to the Government to remove Mr. Justice Sam from his position as President oi the C°uit of Arbitration is, wo consider, utterly unworthy of -those making the request, aild if conceded would at once destroy that feeling of security which all law-abiding citizens have in appealing to our superior Courts because of the universally recognised independence of our Judges.”
