Judgment was given by default in the following civil cases by Mr IV. A. Barton, S.M., in the Magistrate’s Court yesterday morning : Cook County Council v. Mary (St. Clair, amount claimed £5 1-U 4d. with costs 12s; W. A. O’Meara (Air. Hei) v. Frank AVeaver, balance amount claimed £1 12s 7d, with costs os; same v. Piniha, amount claimed £1 Pis. witli costs 17s; Alarv Cavanagh (Air Stock) v. David Nelson (by consent), amount claimed £-1 4s, with costs 10s. A number of other cases were either adjourned or struck out. Nothing is quite so good in bronchitis and chronic cough at Stearns’ Wine. Its delicious taste makes its regular use a pleasure, and it acts as a matchless tonic and body-builder.
