LONDON, August 27
Seventeen thousand wmlrooni workers at Oldham have unanimously decided to oppose the 5 per cent reduction of wages. . It is expected that other opevatnes and spinners in Lancashire will decide similarly, thus involving the trade in one of the most serious conflicts in vis history.
