WATCHING BRITISH NAVAL MANOEUVRES. A MATTER FOR CONSIDERATION. United Rkess Association, Copyright (Received August 30, 8.7 p.m.) LONDON, August 29. There is much comment over a German torpedo-boat entering the Tyne during the British naval manoeuvres yesterday. [On July 22nd it was reported from London that the presence of a German gunboat in the vicinity of the British naval manoeuvres had caused much comment. Several Germans watching from a steam trawler were warned off.]
