The “Daily Mail’s” Vienna correspondent reports that advices from ischl state that the aged Emperor Francis Joseph is suffering from a bad cold, due to a chill. (Received August 30, 8.10 p.m.) VIENNA, August 29. The Emperor’s condition is reassuring.
