LONDON, Sept. 11. The “Times” deprecates the mistake committed by the promoters oi the Roman Catholic procession, whose disregard of the' statute is not conducive to the success of the cause they have at heart. It adds that Lily and Wallis, Roman Catholic lawyers, m manual law affecting Catholics, show that Catholic rites, ceremonies, and vestments rare restricted to places of worship.
