Mr. Coghlan will read a paper on Slate encouragement given by various countries to tho refrigerating industry, Mr. Gilbert Anderson a paper on Now Zealand meat inspection from an international standpoint-, Mr.Lowo a paper oil artificial cold in the manufacture and preservation of butter, and Mr. Walter Preedy a piper on how colonial produce is capablo of .benefitting by refrigeration. Scientific papers will aLo be read by (Sir .William Itamsey and Mr. Samuel Rkleal, Dr. Collingridgo (Officer of Health for tho city of London), and others.
