IN Pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies Loans Act, 1901, the Cook County Council do hereby rosolve as follows: That for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £IOOO, authorised to be raised by the Cook County Council under the provisions of 'tho abovementioned Act, for Erecting a Bridge across the Mangaheia Stream and the approaches thereto, the said Cook County Council hereby ■i makes and levies a special rate of THREE-EIGHTHS OF A PENNY in the £ upon the rateable vaiuo of all rateable property of the Mangaheia Bridge Special Rating District, comprising Section 1, Block 111., Uawa Survey District; Sections 6, 7,8, 9, Mangaheia No. 2 D and 2 D X ; Section B 1 Mangaheia 2 : Lot 5, Mangaheia 2; Small grazing run 46, Kokotioke Block; Section 10, 11, Mangaheia 2 D; Section E, Mangahoia No. 2; Section 4, Block 1, Uawa; 2 Block VIII., Tokomaru Survey District; Section F, Mangaheia 2, Mangaheia 2 B, Mangaheia 2 B 2; Mangaheia 2 D, Lot 2 and 3; Mangaheia 2, Sec. C: Mangaheia 2, Sec. 0 ; Paomahaki Bk; Mangaheia No. 2, Section A; Mangaheia 2, Section O; and Sections K, L, H, and N. Mangaheia No. 2, 554 acres; and that such Special Rate shall be ail annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and bo payable yearly on the first day of July ill each and every year during a period equal to the currency of such loan, being a period of Thirtytwo (32) years, or until the loan is fully paid off, the rate of interest to be 4 per cent.
