FROZEN PRODUCE REGULATIONS. MR. COGHLAN’S RESOLUTION. United Press Association, Copyright (Received Sept. 20, 4.20 p.m.) LONDON Sept, 19. Mr. T. A. Cogblan submits to the Refrigerating Congress at Paris a resolution expressing the opinion that in order to reduce the cost of living to workers and to promote international trade, the regulations hampering tho introduction of frozen and chilled produce, and storage, distribution and sale of produce in. any country should be modified or abolished.
