Co.’s Monowai arrived from South early yesterday morning and sailed later for Auckland and Sydney. The scow Alert arrived from fsgnnguru yesterday morning after an uneventful trip. On her way down, a, call was made at Auckland for the purpose of getting some new sails. Light and variable winds and calms were experienced down the coast. The cargo consists of 130 tons of coa’: for the"Sheepfarmors Co The Huddart-Parke-r Co.’s Wiuv mera arrived from Auckland and Sydney early yesterday afternoon, and sailed South again in the evening. The Union S.S. Co.’s Aomata, from Newcastle, left Auckland on Tuesday afternoon, and was oxpected to arrivo here late last night. She brings a cargo of coal, and after discharging r tne Gisborne consignment leaves for Napier to discharge tho balance. The Uanterbuiy Shipping Co.’s s.s. Ripple arrived yesterday from South with a caTgo of produce. She returns South again this morning. The U.S.S. Co.’s Haupiri arrived from Coast ports and Auckland yesterday afternoon.
