Archibcshop Carr, in an interview, says that he was much impressed by the Eucharistic Congress, but greatly surprised .at Mr. Asquith s belated prohibition of the procession, though at first he was inclined to think it would have been well if the procession through the streets had been arranged on tho lines finally taken. Archbishop Carr, in an interview, way exhibition of products and manufactures, and remains in Ireland tdl ( the end of the year.
