Bryan, has written to President Roosevelt denouncing his partisan use of the President s office in order to gain a party advantage, and to advance the interests of his personal friends and political pioteges. . , , i Mr Bryan declares that no wont or act of his can justify President, Roosevelt’s partisan accusations.
