The celebrated Nash case readied finality on the 12th inst. jays the Melbourne correspondent jf the SyJ'noy ■ •Telegraph,’’ when the .Hev. C,' H. Nash signified his aceeptaneo of the incumbency of St. Paul’s Church, Sale. In u letter !o Mr Nash, the Vicar-General (Archdeacon Hindley) states that from letrocontly received from Archbisnop Clarke 'he is convinced that his .last refusal to institute him (Mr. Nash) to Christ Church, Geolo ig, is on the ground of general 'xpcdiency, and iiot on the ground of the accusation from which lie exonorvied him in ins letter of the 13th April.
