BULGARIA'S ILLEGAL SEIZURE. United Press Association, Coptright CONSTANTINOPLE, Sept. 28. The Grand Vizier considers that Bulgaia’s action amounts to spoliation, as Turkey owns the line, the company only leasing. LONDON, Sept, 2S. Germany, Austria, and Hungary have formally portested against Bulgarian occupation of the Orient- railway. “UNJUSTIFIABLE OCCUPATION. Earl Grey lias informed Bulgaria that the British Government regards, the continued occupation of the railway as unjustifiable.
