FRIDAY EVENING’S SITTING. [Press Association.] WELLINGTON, Oct. 3. In the House, after midnight, in, committee on the Public AVorks Estimates, the vote for roads and bridges, £600,000, was passed unaltered, and all other classes passed with debate. The Old Age Pensions Bill w-as read a third time and passed, and also the Counties Act Amendment Bill. The Premier gave detailsrtif the revenue for the past six months, showing a total of £3,529,641, against £3,529,304 for the six months of the previous year. Sir Joseph AYard said that in view- of tho concessions in Customs and other items this was very satisfactory. The House adjourned at 1.15 a.m.
