Kino; bid ward’s message expressed "W deep interest and convoyed his tx>r--4’ dial good wishes for the. success of the deliberations which, he was confident. were animated by the wluyelieartetl desire and the unswerving efforts of flics delegates for the common good of South Africa. The Imperial Government’s message was equally hopeful.
