BRISBANE, Oct. 13. The deputy-postmaster states that two of the Aeon’s mail bags arrived in a state of pulp. Fifty-four registered letters are missing from the Queensland portion of the mail. Tito deputy-postmaster has received a cable from "Wellington stating that 20 registered articles are missing from tho New Zealand portion of the mail.
