SYDNEY, Oct. 23. Mr. Herbert Flemming, actor-man-ager, died to-day.

[Tlie late Mr. Herbert Flemming was one of the best-known and most popular actor-managers in Australasia. He was for a number of years associated with, the late Mr. Robert Brough, and the Brough-FJemming companies on several occasions toured the Dominion. On the death of Mr. Robert Brough in Sydney some eighteen months ago, Mr. Flemming organised the Herbert Flemming Co., which visited New Zealand about eight months ago playing “.The Mummy and the Humming Bird” and other plays.]
