Constable AY ales, of Port Awanui. is at present in town, and leaves by the s.s. Monowai to-morrow night, on route for the South Island, on holiday leave.

Air. T. Downs, psychologist, whose rooms are situated in Lawless’ buildings, AYainui Road, has decided to prolong his visit to Gisborne, and during his stay will deliver lectures under the auspices of the Gisborne Spiritualist Society. To-morrow night in Townley’s Hall Air. Downs takes as his subject “Spiritualism; its origin and progress.”
