The new Ministry has been formed as follows:—Premier and Chief Secretary, Mr. Kidston of Public Instruction, Mr. Barlow; Home Secretary, Mr. Bell; Attorney-Gener-al, Mr. O’Sullivan; Colonial Treasurer, Mr. Hawthorne; Minister of Lands, Mr. Denham; Minister of Minos and Works, Mr. Abell; Minister of Railways and Agriculture, Mr. Paget. The first five are Kidstonians, the last three Pliilpites.
