WEST’S PICTURES

The popularity of AVest’s Pictures shows little indication of waning, for last night there was again n ; large number of ]X'ople in His Aiajesty’s Theatre. The pictures themselves were quite on a par with those exhibited oil previous evenings, and the appreciation of the audience was evinced by the hearty applause. This afternoon there will be a special matinee, to which children will be admitted to all parts of the house for sixpence, and in the evening there will be an entire change of programme. O’NEILL’S BUCKJUAIPERS. There was another large audience at O’Neill’s bucicjumpers and circus last night. The contest for the gold medal presented by Air. J. J- Alartni brought forth five competitors. After a < r ood contest. Air J. Alorris, a noted local rider, was declared the winner. The Barnards were as sensational as ever an their rifle-shooting. Little Saiulow. the trick pony, seems to become moffo popular the oftener he performs. The fun in the stockyard was fast and furious. Tins evening. Mr. Ernie O’Neill will ride ‘Alaort Jack,” the “King of Buck jumpers,” and a pound will be divided amongst the best three boy riders on the playful “Jerry.”
