LADIES’ CLUB
A meeting of ladies was held in the Gisborne -School on Thursday, Mrs. W. J). Lysnar presiding. It was -decided to "form a section of the Gisborne Amateur (Swimming Club, and officers were elected as follows: President, Mrs. W. D. Lysnar; vicenresident, Mrs. J. G. Rowley; captain. Mrs. W. J. P. Gaudin; vicecaptain, Miss B. Goffe ;hon secretary, Miss M. Cumming jeommittee, Misses Puflett, Malcolm, and deLautour. Itwas decided to arrange with the general secretary regarding specified hours of bathing.
