SUPPORTS HENNIKER HEATON

United Press Association, Copyright (Received Nov. 13, 12.37 a.m.)

LONDON, Nov. 12

The “Times,” commenting on Mr. Henniker Heaton’s address, says that cheaper cablegrams are even of greater importance to the people than to the professional or business men.
