POUTER BARTOSH REINSTATED

WELLINGTON, Nov. 12
The North Island Raihvay Appeal Board’s decision in tho appeal of Porter Tmomas Bartosh; of Waipukurau, against his -dismissal for alleged theft of potatoes, has been submitted to the Minister for Railways. The Board upheld the appeal, and this decision has been confirmed by the Minister. Bartosh will accord ingily be -reinstated and paid l for tho period during which he has been off duty.
