VESSELS IN PORT. Awanui, schooner. liegulus, s.s. The U.S.S. Cods Squall -arrived in the Bay from Tologa Bay and Auckland yesterday morning. She transhipped her cargo of 160 bales of wool into the s.s. Kia Ora, and came alongside the wharf shortly after 4 p.m. to discharge her general cargo. (She returns to Auckland this afternoon, probably calling at Tologa for wool for transhipment to the s.s. Mimiro at this port. On Sunday evening the Squall sighted the a.s. Kaeo-beating into Hick's Bay with a strong~*vesterly wind, and late yesterday she sighted the kei*h Coronation off the Cape. The Coronation had her mizzen topmast carried away. The U.S.S.- Co.'s Flora is due from Napier this morning on her voyage to Coast ports and Auckland. The AVestport Coal Co.’s'ltegulus will complete discharging her coal today, and returns to Westport. The U.S.S. Co.'s AA'aikare arrives from South to-morrow morning and. sails -again for Auckland later. The U.S.S. Co.’s Manuka is due tomorrow afternoon from Auckland and Sydney and sails South in the evening. The U.S.S. Co. has purchased the steamer Lot-tab from the Huon, Channel, and Peninsular Steamship Co., of Tasmania. The vessel, which is to be used in the tourist traffic on the west coast of Tasmania, is 63 tons gross and 44 tons net. AVitliin -river limits she is entitled to carry some 120 passengers. Her speed is nine knots. The Tyser liner Mimiro is due about December 17 to load for London. The U.S.S. Co.’s Tuatea leaves on a fishing excursion at 1 p.m. to-day. The Shaw, Savill and Albion Co. s Kia Ora completed loading yesterady evening and sailed for Napier and A\ r ellington. The schooner Awanui left yesterday afternoon for Tologa Bay and Tokomaru Bay to load wool !or this port. She returns in abut a week and leaves again for Coast ports. BY TELEGRAPH. NAPIER, Nov. 23.
