The following is Captain Edwin s forecast to 3 p.m. to-day:—Mode-rate to strong northerly winds northward of East Cape, Taupo, and ltaglan, strong from the westward thence to Napier, strong to gale from westward after from ten to sixteen hours elsewhere; rain is probable in most parts of the Dominion.
