Thpre are indications of grave unrest in Bosnia and Herzegovina, where Austrian repression is causing an exodus of small parties of Moslems and alarm and resentment in Constantinople.

VIENNA, Nov. 27

Rumors that Servian bands were entering Bosnia created a semi-panic on the Vienna and Pesth bourses until Baron Aehrenthal contradicted it.

The “Times’ ” Belgrade correspondent says that advices from St. Petersburg show that there is less prospect of a conference in the near future, and that the Bosnian question must be left open and Servia and Montenegro must await a more favorable juncture for tlie settlement of their claims.
