The following is Captain Edwin’s forecast to 3 p.m. to-day: Stiong wind .to gale from the southward at Imost places north of Napier, laupo, and Raglan, with rising barometer; strong westerly winds elsewhere after 12 hours, with falling barometer jramis probable generally and will be heavy between Napier, Taupo, and East Capo.
