CARTERS’ STRIKE IN DUBLIN. MILITARY PROTECTION ASKED FOR. . „. , United Press Association, Copyright. LONDON, Dec. 17. A carters’ strike at Dublin has caused such dislocation of trade that the Shipping Federation has offered a thousand men to unload and deliver cargoes. The offer is likely to he accepted. Traders arc petitioning for the services of troops at the docks to protect the imported men.
