Co.’s Mokoia arrived from South early on Saturday paorning and left again before noon for Auckland and Sydney. The scow Haere sailed for Whitiianga on Saturday morning to load timber for Auckland. The ketch Coronation sailed for Whitianga on Saturday afternoon. The Union S. S. Co.’s Monowai arrived from Auckland yesterday •afternoon and sailed South in the evening. •Messrs Richardson and Co.’s Woka arrived from Napier early yesterday morning with a consignment of bulls. She returned to Nnpier immediately. The. Union S. S. Coy As Wan aka will be later than was originally expected <in arriving at this port. -She will leave Napier to-morrow arriving here on Wednesday, and sails for Auckland a few hours later.
The Westport Coal Co.’s Hegulus is undergoing her annual overhaul at Wellington, and is expected to arrive here next week with ia load, of coni from Westport. The following were the shipments from Gisborne by the Tyser Co.’s Mimiro: 3029 bales wool, 28 casks pelts, 42 packages casings,, 5880 carcases mutton, 11,349 carcases lamb, and 564 quarters beef. The Mimiro leaves Wellington on Monday for London direct. The auxiliary (schooner Kaep, from Auckland, arrived at Port Awanui on Friday. Captain Skinner expects to make port on Thursday. The Tyser Co.’s Star of New Zealand is expected. to load at Gisborne on January 8. , . ' V The Union S.S. Co.’s Squall left.
Auckland on Saturday afternoon for Tologa Bay and Gisborne. Messrs Richardson and Co.’s Kahu arrived from Napier- yesterday morning with a quantity of general cargo.
