AUSTRIAN AGGRESSIONS. VIOLATIONS OF THE SERVIAN FRONTIER. United Press Association. Copyrighi (Received Dec. 20, 8.7 p.m.) LONDON, Dec. 19. Reuter’s Belgrade correspondent reports that an Austrian captain with •50 men entered Servia tit Monkragora, used a field ' glass and took notes. Another detachment crossed the frontier at Limbovia. A soldier fired his rifle, alarming the Servian Customs guards, on© of whom fired into the midst of the Austrians. The latter retreated. The Servian Government regards the incidents as provocative.
